Aim:

To raise general awareness of Eckersley’s as a destination for gifts and gift cards this Christmas, as well as prompt our loyal customers to revisit during the festive season for their gifts. More of Christmas Gift Guide – Inspiring creativity, full of fantastic gifts for all arty craft types. The guide will include a big push for our online store, Gift Cards and joining Creative Rewards. The campaign concept developed by Adrian will clearly and strongly communicate Eckersley’s as a very creative brand, linking with the words associated with our brand Imagine, Create and Inspire.

 

Objectives:

1. To increase sales by 10% compared to the same period last year
2. To increase customer traffic to stores
3. To increase traffic to our website, online store and social media platforms
4. Raise awareness of the Eckersley’s brand as a gift destination- in-store and online

 

Target:

1. Gift givers – skew to women
2. Creatives – artists, crafters, designers
3. Families – parents in particular
